- Do you purchase used instruments? We do at times purchase used instruments depending on our needs, the time of year, etc. The best thing to do is bring it in to our store anytime we’re open and we can take a look at it and let you know!
- How do I go about returning a rental instrument? You can either bring it back into our store or we can arrange to pick it up from your child’s school.
- How can I change the payment information on my rental? Please call us to do so.
- Do you rent instruments to adults? Unfortunately we do not rent to adults unless they are taking private lessons at our store.
- Do I need to make an appointment to bring my instrument in for a repair? No, just bring it in anytime we are open!
